Shipping
We ship from the NYC area and use UPS ground service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, mostly aerosol products.
Here’s the long story:
Everyone knows that UPS (and all other shippers) don’t work for free so when you see “free shipping” on a website you know that the shipping cost is figured into the item price. Every merchant has to make profit so they cover the shipping cost by raising the price in order to make their profit margin. Our low prices don’t leave room for us to absorb shipping costs.
We are a wholesale business and our prices are truly wholesale. We have been in business for over 100 years and our business model is to maintain low prices and tight margins.
We cannot predict your shipping cost on a live website – shipping is based not just upon location, but also on the dimensions and weight of a package. As you can imagine orders can vary wildly.
Our solution --- we pull and pack your order and then determine the shipping cost to us – which is exactly what we charge to you! We don’t make any money on shipping.
Here’s the short story:
Shipping is never “free” - our prices are low and don’t include room for absorbing the shipping expense – our solution is to leave prices low and charge you the exact cost of shipping which can only be determined after an order is boxed and weighed.
You will have a choice upon checkout:
1- You can complete the credit card form that was emailed to you with your original welcome letter and send it back (email or fax) when you place your order. Remember that your credit card charge will reflect the price you see on your submitted order PLUS the actual shipping cost .

2- Submit your order without payment and wait to hear from us. At that time you can give us your credit card information. Note that this option may result in some delays due to communication issues.
Returns
Returns are accepted if merchandise is in its original condition and original packaging. Email us for details and for a return authorization number. We do not pay for the return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
